What does "founding member" mean?
You're one of the first 50 people to join. You get $15.95/week locked in on a 12-month contract and pay no joining fee.
What happens after the first 50 spots are taken?
The founding price closes. You can still join on our Flexible plan at $18.95/week, or pay $750 upfront for 12 months.
Can I pay upfront?
Yes. Pay $750 once for 12 months of membership. It works out at $14.42 a week, our best value.
How do payments work?
Weekly plans are paid every week by direct debit. Paid in Full members pay $750 once.
Is there a lock-in contract?
The Founding 50 plan is a 12-month contract. The Flexible plan has no lock-in: cancel any time with 2 weeks' notice.
Can I really train at any hour?
Yes. Members have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
How do I get in?
With your phone. We set up phone access when you join, so there's no fob or card to carry. Entry is for members only, one person per entry.
Is it safe to train late at night?
Yes. The gym has CCTV cameras, an emergency duress system and back-to-base monitoring around the clock. Staff are on site from 3:30pm to 7pm.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is available at the gym on Bungalow Road.
Are there showers?
Yes, we have shower and bathroom facilities for members.
Do you have personal trainers?
Yes, personal trainers are available by request. Ask our team between 3:30pm and 7pm, or call us to book.
What's the minimum age?
Members must be 16 or older.
